Hôtel Première Classe Dijon

Zeer teleurstellend verblijf Ons verblijf in dit hotel viel erg tegen. De douche: De temperatuur van het water wisselt voortdurend – het ene moment is het ijskoud, het volgende moment plotseling gloeiend heet. Dit maakt douchen erg onaangenaam. Bovendien is de doucheruimte zó klein dat je je nauwelijks kunt bewegen. De bedden: Wij verbleven in een driepersoonskamer met een stapelbed. De matrassen waren keihard en absoluut niet comfortabel. Daarnaast was de ruimte tussen het bovenste bed en het plafond veel te klein, waardoor je niet fatsoenlijk kunt liggen en al snel je hoofd stoot.

I only paid 39 euros for a room. For that price, it deserves five stars. It’s very basic (as you’d expect for that amount), but clean, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. In the Netherlands, you won’t find a hotel room for under 55 euros — and the ones that do cost that much are often less clean. Ik betaalde slechts 39 euro voor een kamer... Voor die prijs krijgt het van mij vijf sterren. Het is super eenvoudig (wat logisch is voor dat bedrag), maar schoon en het personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. In Nederland vind je echt geen hotelkamer onder de 55 euro, en die van 55 euro zijn vaak nog minder schoon ook.

Diese "Hotel" sollte vermieden werden. Zimmer dreckig, Holzverkleidung vor dem "Bad" gammelig, keinerlei Schalldämmung, was bei 24/7 Checkin fatal ist. Das sogenannte Frühstück fühlte sich wie ein schlechter Scherz an. Nähe zur Autobahn schön und gut, aber nicht um jeden Preis. Personal dennoch sehr freundlich

The room is very small and the door doesn’t have a working lock from the inside. The room is very clean and didn’t smell so aside from the two issues I have mentioned I have no problems with the room. The service was great the guy at the counter spoke perfect English which is fantastic as I don’t know a lot of French he was super friendly and helped me sort WiFi and everything out. My biggest issue with the stay and reason I’m giving it such a low review is the fact the other guests are super loud with speaking laughing watching videos and slamming doors. It’s very annoying to not be able to sleep because of the rudeness of others. I am doing this as a one night thing but I would suggest staying somewhere else unless you are able to sleep the anything

Hôtel simple, pas cher mais pour passer une nuit, c'est amplement suffisant : télévision, wifi, clim', salle de douche. Le personnel est en plus sympa et le petit-déj est assez consistant (pain frais, croissant, quatre-quarts).

Nous avons séjourné dans la nuit du 28 au 29 juin journée caniculaire . Lors de notre arrivée dans notre chambre la climatisation était réglée à 25 degrés. Même en réglant la climatisation à 16 nous n'avons jamais pu faire qu'elle se mette en route et avons passé une nuit très chaude tres désagréable !!!! Sans pouvoir ouvrir notre fenêtre ni notre porte car nous étions à l'angle du bâtiment sous la lumière qui brille toute la nuit et les insectes volant tout autour !!!! Très mauvais souvenir nous ne recommencerons pas ce genre d'expérience nous avons été très déçus surtout que nous étions en compétition et avions besoin de repos pour reprendre la compétition le lendemain

We booked here as a quick stopover, but the experience was disappointing. The first room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke and had burn holes in the bed cover. The staff member on duty was very helpful and moved us to a smoke-free room, but the hotel overall feels poorly maintained. We were asked to dictate our full card number and expiry date at reception, which didn’t feel secure. We were repeatedly reminded to return the key or be charged, and even warned that taking pillows would incur a fee (which we had no interest in anyway). No soap was provided for handwashing — only a large bottle of shower gel in the shower, which itself did not look properly cleaned. Would not stay again. P.S.: I appreciate the answer from the hotel owner, but this is the hotel where we stayed and we have payments proof to confirm that.
